What We Do
Our core work is commercial real estate brokerage, including buyer representation, seller representation, and strategic leasing assignments for industrial, logistics, office, hospitality, and specialized assets. We represent clients in transactions where clarity of mandate, regulatory compliance, and execution sequencing are critical.
In certain situations—particularly where real estate ownership and operating businesses intersect—we also provide transaction advisory support alongside brokerage execution. This may include structuring considerations, control dynamics, and coordination with legal, tax, and capital partners. Advisory involvement is selective and clearly delineated from brokerage authority.
How We Work
Hahn USA operates as a national platform with direct principal involvement. We do not operate a high-volume sales organization. Instead, each engagement is led by the principal, with a deliberate focus on alignment between client objectives, market conditions, and transaction structure.
Our role is not to “push deals,” but to represent clients thoughtfully in transactions where mistakes are expensive and discretion matters.
Regulatory & Licensing
All real estate brokerage services are performed by licensed real estate brokers in their respective jurisdictions.
California transactions are conducted under Department of Real Estate (DRE) jurisdiction.
Brokerage authority and advisory scope are structured clearly to ensure regulatory compliance across all states in which we operate.
